WARM UP before our MTB Ride

Today I worked with MPF athlete Evan Fineman, incorporating a movement preparation series prior to their mountain bike ride. Here is a little footage from their day. 

Movement prep is exactly that, preparing to move. This can be done before a strength workout, run, bike, climb, etc. Everyone can benefit from MP, but it becomes essential for anyone that has battled injuries, compensations and for those that sit for much of the day, such as at the office or drive a lot. The exercises and movements will vary depending on injury history, screening, etc.
