Mountain Biking in Sterling Forest
So today was my 40th birthday. I am very grateful for my family, friends, clients and fans of MPF! It was an adventurous road to get here and I am just as excited and motivated as ever.
Here is a little footage from my ride today with Evan D. Fineman. We road some great trails in Sterling Forest State Park, New York. They are multi use trails (biking, hiking, running, horseback...no motors...).
