2025 Athlete Highlight Reel

We can’t believe another year has gone by! This is our 26th year of being in the business of coaching and 17th year of Mountain Peak Fitness! Thank you for your continued support.

What this year reminded us of is how time and your health are things that you can’t take for granted! Each one of our athletes reminds us every day of what you can achieve if you have passion, discipline, and the fortitude to roll with the highs and lows of life. Behind every achievement and smile you see, there may have been tears; some fought their way back from injury, illness, or not believing in themselves, but through practice, consistency, and hard work, by continuing to place one foot in front of the other, goals whether big or small were achieved.

Some believe New Year’s is just another day. We believe it could be a great jumping point to changing habits. The New Year’s resolution can be real. Some in this group started to train toward a goal at this time last year, and with accountability and great programming…lol, they achieved their goal, whether completing their first ultra or attaining a strength gain such as a pull-up. No matter your age or where you are in life, you can do it.
