Crawling / Quick Tips

The other day we posted a quick video about the Turkish Get-up to begin a discussion about moving well. In this video I talk about the crawling pattern. Crawling is a fundamental position and movement that should be included in just about everyone’s training. There are a variety of ways to crawl with many variables but it is very important to understand what is involved first. Take your time and practice the pattern. Focus on moving through the core, breathing and going very, very, slowly. Imagine balancing a full bucket of water on your back and you don’t want to spill a drop.
