Exercise Highlight 3: Ball Combo One - Stability Ball Y's, T's to Cobras

This movement is to challenge the shoulder complex, cervical and thoracic regions of the body. This will strengthen, stabilize and add mobility to these areas, which will strengthen your functional posture. This is vital for all athletes, from ultra-runners, mountain bikers to hockey & tennis players.

Be sure to Keep your arms locked out throughout each phase of the movement. Watch for momentum, the goal is to slowly raise your arms up, pause at the top end range of motion and transition to the next position.
