Remote Personal Training Sessions

Sessions are 50-60 minutes long and you will meet with your coach/trainer using video calling services such as Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, etc. You can meet 1 day per week or up to 5 times per week depending on availability and goals. 

Here at MPF we focus on teaching you how to move well and creating strength that is both necessary for life and sport. We focus on your movement patterns and address any weak links such as mobility limitations, compensations, imbalances and injuries.

If you haven’t done so already, please fill out our Athlete Profile Questionnaire. If you have a Training Peaks account, connect it with your coach. If you don’t have a TP account, you can create one or we can set it up for you. This is where you will find your scheduled and completed workouts.

Session Policy

  • All sessions are 50-60 minutes.

  • Please provide 24 Hour Notice for cancelations or to re-schedule your session.

  • Sessions and packages can be used within the family.

  • Sessions expire 5 years after purchased date.

  • Sessions are non-refundable.
