Your New Email Account

To get you started, you will need to access your new email account that will begin with your 1st name and end with @mountainpeakfitness.com, an example would be joe@mountainpeakfitness.com. Your new username and password was emailed to you so login below with those credentials. Feel free to change your password anytime.

With Web-Based Email, you can check your messages from any computer equipped with an Internet connection and Web browser, and enjoy robust spam, virus and fraud protection. Plus, you can customize Web-Based Email to your exact specifications. There's a feature for everyone. Take a moment and check out the features. We think you'll like them. In addition to Web-Based Email, you can get your email through a desktop client or mobile device.

About Training Peaks (trainingpeaks.com) - Training Peaks optimizes client/coach communication which is the cornerstone of training & coaching with MPF. You will find a very detailed training log & history of all completed workouts, along with numerous graphs and charts for detailed analysis of your clients & athletes completed workouts. You can give feedback and analysis as you feel fit. You will see a tally of their daily, weekly, monthly & yearly mileages, durations, personal bests, along with a host of cutting edge analytic tools to measure your clients fitness, fatigue level and progress. Your will be given full access to your clients & athletes training data and calendar for easy scheduling and analysis of their workouts and training stress accumulation. Mobile Apps

With TP's free mobile app for iOS and Android, you can access your Coach Edition account from a mobile phone or tablet. Plan your athletes’ schedules using workout libraries, view and comment on workouts, and analyze their weekly charts. It’s also a free and valuable tool for your athletes. With TrainingPeaks mobile, your clients can take your intervals and instructions on the road, view their weekly plan on the go, and record their workout stats and comments as soon as they finish their session. Last but not least is the MPF TTA form "Training Time Availability".

This is an essential form for your client & athlete to fill out each week. They will usually fill it out over the weekend for the upcoming week. This will allow you to schedule their upcoming workouts accordingly. Your client can access this directly through our website or at www.mountainpeakfitness.com/tta. You will receive an email immediately after the form is submitted. If you don't receive an email, they have not filled out the form yet. Please fill out the form yourself to see how it works.
