Quadruped Opposite Arm Leg Extensions

From all fours, extend opposite arm & leg to full extension while keeping a straight line through the core, keep the navel drawn in and engage the glute. You want to feel braced and stable through the core when 2 points of contact are removed. Watch for compensations such as arching of low back, dropping your head and rotating.
