Using a GPS, HR Monitor, Power Meter or just a watch that simple tracks you pace, will be an added benefit to your workouts and will allow us to see deeper into your training for enhanced coaching and feedback. With the combination of your RPE (Rating perceived exertion) and a device that tracks some of your training data in real time, will give you a better understanding to your prescribed training loads, intensity and effort. We recommend all of our clients to use a GPS & HR capable device.
