This past weekend MPF athlete @dennisfab battled constant rain, cool temps and tough footing at the Umstead 100 to place 15th with the time of 20:12, setting a new PR at the 50 mile and 100k distance! MT. Tammany 10 is a small grassroots race that attracts folks who when toeing the line aim to complete 10 loops of snow, ice, rocks, mud while ascending and desending MT. Tammany in the Delaware Water Gap, PA. This race embodies the spirit of ultra trail running, where everyone supports each other and camaraderie shines bright.
