Race Report: 2013 Mountain Bike NJ State Championship Bulldog Rump by MPF Athlete Evan Fineman
This race win was all about knowing the course and sticking to the plan. From the start I knew that the Bike Dr. rider who won the last two weeks would be out for blood. He's been looking to take the series and needed more points to take the win. Out of the first 4 races in the series I've raced 2, and took 2nd and 1st. So he needed more points to guarantee his lead.

Harry Hamilton's 2013 Manitou's Revenge 54 Mile Ultra Race Report "Look Ma no Headlamp!"
Manitou’s Revenge is a 56 mile gnarly, grueling, nasty, sick mountain climbing ultra-beast in the Catskills of New York. If it was a dog it would be an abused, starving, ill-tempered pit-bull. There are roots and rocks everywhere on the course and it seems like they reach out of the ground and bite your ankles at every opportunity.
Photos from the 2013 Manitou's Revenge Ultramarathon!
The inaugural Manitou’s Revenge 56 Mile Ultra Marathon & Relay in the Northeastern Catskills, was a huge success! 61 of some of the toughest endurance athletes around showed up to test themselves both mentally and physically on some of the most demanding trails in the country.

The weekend of May 4-5th brought The North Face Endurance Challenge back to Bear Mountain in New York. I was competing in Sunday’s half marathon for the fifth time. At the 2013 The North Face 50, Bear Mtn, A Clip of Jordan McDougal on his way to his 3rd win in a row “The Fall to 1st!”
During the 50 Mile Endurance Run, I was filming near Aid Station #4 Lake Skannatati, mile 20.7. I made my way up the red trail towards Pine Swamp Mtn because I knew this was one of the more visually fun sections to watch runners make their way through.
Grace Lin's 2013 Flatrock 101k Ultra Trail Run Race Report
I flew out to Tulsa, Oklahoma on Friday morning with a layover in Houston, all scheduled with plenty of time to spare. Things got off to a rocky start however as the FAA furloughs caused delay after delay leading to missed connections and increased nerves as I had checked my race gear and didn’t know...

MPF Campmor Athlete Chris Focacci's 2013 UltraFest 50 Race Report
It’s 6 am on Sunday morning and I am waiting at the race start. Despite what you might think, I’m not nervous at all. Mainly because I started and finished the 50 mile race I had entered over 12 hours ago. I now had the privilege of helping to crew a runner attempting to finish his first 100-mile race.

Elizabeth Azze's 2013 Mt. Tammany 10 Race Report
A hearty group of runners gathered at the base of a looming giant that would later challenge our heart, will and desire in epic proportions. I’m not saying its Mt. Denali or Everest but the terrain would challenge our ability to move forward as we chased the 10 hour cut off in Everest proportions.
