INDOOR PERSONAL TRAINING
IN-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING - We will bring the training right to your door. Whether its in your home, place of business or at a local park near you, we can accommodate your training needs. Training in and around your home will save you valuable time, help with the consistency of your training and allow you to reach your goals more efficiently. INDOOR CYCLING - In a one on one setting we will train you on the bike using indoor cycling trainers, spin bikes, rollers, etc. Each session will be tailored toward your goals. Indoor cycling can also supplement your training for the trails or road during the winter months when the roads may be dangerous to venture out on. Its also an option for increased motivation. The use of Heart Rate Monitors, RPE Scale and or Power Meters will allow the cycling session to be more guided.
INDOOR RUNNING - In a one on one setting we will condition your fitness and health by coaching you while you run on a treadmill, down hallways, up & down stairs, etc. We will guide you in a running program during each session that is tailored toward your specific goals. This is a great option to have when you can’t find the time to head outside or the weather isn’t right for you. The use of Heart Rate Monitors, RPE Scale and or Power Meters will allow the running session to be more guided.
OUTDOOR PERSONAL TRAINING
OUTDOOR PERSONAL TRAINING - Training outdoors will allow your session to be more diverse, dynamic and creative. It will add more variety to your workout by integrating many training modalities that you can’t do indoors. This will stimulate you both physically and mentally with a fresh new approach to your goals. What can be accomplished indoors can be better accomplished outdoors.

TRAIL RUNNING - Are your currently running and want to take it to another level? Are you looking for a bit of adventure and to explore new places? We can guide you to that new level and allow you to safely explore the trails in and around your area. You will be more immersed and connected within the moment then ever before. Your fitness will be strengthened, your running ability will be elevated and your motivation will be at an all time high. MOUNTAIN BIKING - With some of the best trails in the country right here in the Tri-State area, Mountain Biking can be a great addition to your training. If your a seasoned mountain biker or new to the sport, we can efficiently and effectively guide you towards your goals & objectives. We will teach you the essentials of Mountain Biking, from proper skills for negotiating technical terrain, nutritional & hydration strategies, to mountain bike maintenance and the proper strength & conditioning training necessary to make your time out on the trails a success.

ROAD RUNNING - Whether its a run in Central Park or your local neighborhood, we can be there. We will guide and insure that you know the running essentials that will help you excel and be the best runner that you can be. From the fit of your shoes, running gait, cadence, stride length, breathing & nutritional considerations, we will take you in the right direction. If your new to the sport or a runner looking for a new personal best we can help you reach new heights in your fitness.
ROAD CYCLING - There is no better way to see the world then on a bike! We will be out there training along side you, every pedal stroke, offering advice, motivation, training principles and guidance along the way. Cycling PT Sessions can be done either on the quiet roads in and around your area or at a specific training destination that offers the training stimuli your goals need.
HIKING / TREKKING / SNOWSHOEING - Truly, one of the best ways to condition the human body is by walking for long times, aggressively or quietly on trails within our parks, forests and reservations. We have many variations to our hikes so that we can make your hiking experience enjoyable, rewarding and goal oriented. From general hiking, fast packing, mountain climbing to snowshoeing, we offer many opportunities to enhance your fitness out on the trails.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING - more to come soon!
GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING - This format of training is for groups of 4 - 10 members. All group training will take place in a variety of outdoor training locations. Group Training Sessions will be held 2 - 4x’s weekly and are 60 minutes to 3 hours long. The duration depends on group experience, fitness level and training goals.
•Session Format - Each session starts with Movement Prep that includes, Self-Myofascial Relase (foam rolling), then moves on to Dynamic Stretching, Activation Techniques, Movement Skill Development, The Workout and a then the Cool-Down.
•Equipment - Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Training Ropes, Medicine Balls, Slack Lines, Weighted Vests, J/C Bands, Bodyweight Movements, with much more.
•Cross-training integration - Trail Running, Hill Work, Stairs, Plyometrics, Cycling, Climbing, Barefoot Training, with much more.
ONE + ONE TRAINING - Train with a friend, neighbor, etc., whether in-doors or outdoors and share the fitness experience together.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING - We integrate our personal training and online coaching programs to properly guide the motivated athlete or client with the right training and conditioning program that is designed for their lifestyle and individual goals. Online training journals, training charts, exercise video library and questionnaires are just a few of the tools that you will have access to.
We also have the option of One on One Online Video Training Sessions which can be achieved through the use of iChat (APPLE), Google Video Chat or similar. We have successfully used this format of training with clients outside the tri-state area. This is also a great option for the traveling athlete or client. All you need is an internet connection and a video camera thats integrated into your computer or a peripheral video component

24 HOUR CANCELATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel or re-schedule your sessions, please provide 24 Hour Notice to avoid being charged for the session. This will allow us to adjust our schedules accordingly.
