  1. Designed for the athlete or client that lives outside of our training borders and or has limited availability.

  2. Your session will be guided via online through Skype, Face Time or Google Video Chat. We will be able to accomplish everything that is fulfilled during a 1 on 1 training session.

This format of training is for groups of 2 - 10+ people. Group training can take place in an outdoor setting (options) or indoors at your location (home, business, etc.). Sessions can be held 2 - 4x’s weekly and are 60 minutes to 3 hours in length. The duration depends on group experience, fitness level and training objective.

  1. We bring the training to you. Whether it’s your home, place of business or a local park, we can accommodate your training needs. Training in and around your home will save you valuable time, help with the consistency of your training and allow you to reach your goals more efficiently.


Indoor / Outdoor Options

  1. All Training Equipment can be provided (kettlebells, training ropes, medicine balls, dumbbells, tubing, etc.

  3. Sessions can be for Strength & Conditioning Training, Trail Running, Road Running, Mountain Biking, Road Cycling, Adventures that include Snowshoeing, Hiking, and Multi-Day Training Camps.

  4. Train with a friend, neighbor or partner. Whether in-doors or outdoors, you can share the fitness experience together and help motivate each other to reach your goals.

  5. The 1st partner or group session will be instructional training. This is essential so that everyone learns the proper form & techniques associated with the workout to maximize the workouts & decrease the chance of injury
