•Annual Program Design, with daily training plans in 1-2 week blocks
•Online training journals with continuous assessment & unlimited access
•Movement Screening that assess imbalances and or weaknesses (via online video or personal coaching session)
•Analysis of your running and or riding mechanics & positioning
•Nutritional guidance & strategies for training, racing & recovery
•Training & Racing strategies (pacing, gear, equipment, efficiency, etc...)
•Unlimited Emails per month (answered within 48 hours)
•Unlimited revisions to your program with continuous assessment
•Daily nutrition & dietary guidance
•Analysis of your training and racing data daily
•Strength & Conditioning Program - (off season / transition / in season)
•Corrective Exercise Program to address inefficiencies and muscle imbalances
•Analysis of your form when performing prescribed movements for your individual corrective, strength and conditioning program (via online video or personal coaching session)
•One Personal Coaching training session (mountain biking / trail running)
✓Each Coaching plan requires an initial $75 registration fee.
•Personal Coaching can be a choice for those long days in the saddle or when another hour to go in your run seems daunting. We will be right by your side, coaching, encouraging, motivating and supporting you until you accomplish your training objective.
•Personal Coaching is a great choice for one on one or group indoor cycling sessions (spin bike, trainer, rollers, etc.) or on the treadmill for your running session.
•Training sessions last until training objective is completed.

We’re here to guide, and ensure that your on the right path to improving your fitness and performance. With many different training philosophy’s, and directions to go, we will objectively determine which training approach and workloads will be best suited for you to obtain your goals. The focus of your training will be to develop a resiliency to your sport or endeavor and strengthen you you from the core, out. You will be coached in developing your fitness, along with the skills necessary for your success.

•All coaching plans are month to month commitments and you can stop at anytime.
