The Performance and Premium Coaching Plans are perfect for athletes of all abilities that want unparalleled training and to increase their sport knowledge and performance. We pay close attention to your life and training requirements. Each custom designed training program is built based on the information gathered from your athlete & training profiles, questionnaires, movement analysis, 1 on 1 Coaching sessions, phone consults, etc. Frequent coach and athlete communication is the cornerstone of your training program.

Personal Training Sessions are designed to work seamlessly with your Online Coaching Program for maximum results. We ensure that you are getting the most out of each movement, every workout & repetition.

Whether your looking for a strength & conditioning program to take your performance to new heights or corrective exercise strategies to rehabilitate an injury, address imbalances, limiters, etc. we are there to ensure that your session is working for you not against you.

Training can be performed at your home, place of business or one of the many outdoor training locations in and around our areas.

  1. Sessions can also be used for 1 on 1 coaching in cycling & running.

  2. Sessions are 1 hour and can last several hours until training session objective is completed.

  3. 24 Hour Cancelation Policy - Please provide 24 Hour Notice to avoid being charged for the session. This will allow us to adjust our schedules accordingly. Thank you! MPfit
