Whether its your first time out on the trails or your a seasoned rider, we can guide you down the right training path. A healthy and successful riding season is built off of a balanced training program that is specifically designed around your MTB goals and lifestyle. We can meet your needs out on the trails in a one on one MTB Training session or by using our Online Coaching Programs that incorporates your weekly training program, training journal, etc, click here to learn more.

Some of the benefits of having a Coach/Trainer:

  1. Decrease chance of injury, overtraining and under performance.

  2. Learn proper cycling specific training techniques for muscular endurance, balance, strength, stability and power.

  3. Address muscular imbalances, instability and injuries with corrective exercise strategies to free up your physical potential and make efficient adjustments to your biomechanics.

  4. Establishment of logistics for the challenges & demands of mountain biking. (support, trail route, mileage, elevation target, aid drops, camping, etc.)

  5. Annual Program design

  6. Daily Training Programs in 1 & 2 week blocks.

  7. Daily & weekly analysis of your training journal, HR, Power and RPE profiles.

  8. Nutritional guidance & strategies for training, racing & recovery

  9. Address riding biomechanics and positioning.

  10. Training & Racings psychological strategies and approach.


By doing the work that you don’t necessarily want to to do (stretch, rest, foam roll, etc.) and by being consistent, you will reach the next level quicker then you ever thought possible.
