Places where you can enjoy the beautiful majestic surroundings of nature while pushing your barriers and comforts aside. We explore many of the regions most scenic parks & forests of the North East. Our Hikes will be work, they will require effort and you will need to be in the moment in order to explore safely in the wild. Your fitness will be strengthened, your love for the outdoors will be rewarded and your mind will get a chance to be free.
You will travel over uneven terrain, on trails that are laden with loose rocks, huge boulders, exposed roots as well as constant elevation changes where you will be climbing hand over foot within surroundings that will leave you breathless. We will explore the heights of the Adirondacks, the beautiful trails of Harriman State Park, vast sections of the Appalachian Trail, the deeper reaches of the Catskills and the historic Long Trail of Vermont; just to name a few. These are places where you will be immersed in wildlife, the tranquil sounds of nature and the dense woodlands of some of the countries best State & National Parks. Hiking is not just walking, its much more then that; it is an alternative to the gym, a conditioning environment like no other, a place where your fitness will be strengthened and your adventurous spirit will come alive.
